As a TechCrunch article points out, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM set up shop inside of Facebook. While I don’t know if this is the first notable store to open within Facebook, as long as fB doesn’t put the kaibash on it, this is the start of a trend. An entire demographic lives on Facebook. Why not bring your store to where they live? Now that’s social marketing!
